Myofascial Release: is a very safe and effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial Connective Tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore greater range of motion.  Each Myofascial Release treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils, creams, or machinery.  This enables the therapist to accurately detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia.

MyoRespiratory (Breath) Therapy: a healing and stress management therapy.  It consists of a variety of breathing techniques to relieve stress and anxiety and improve physical, emotional, and mental health while stretching and using trigger holds on the Upper Respiratory Muscles.  Often times, the use of inhalation and exhalation with rythmic tempo can increase your ablility to receive more oxygen into ones body.

Deep Tissue Massage (Muscle Confusion) Sports Massage: focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.  It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.  Some of the same strokes in a swedish massage may be used in this session; however, the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.  In Sports Massage, the emphasis is on prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons.  There are 4 stages of Sports Massage. First, Pre Event Sports Massage: 15-45 minutes before the event with a focus on the muscle groups that will be used in the primary action.  Second, Post Event Sports Massage: given within an hour or two to normalize the body's tissues.  Then there is  Restoration Sports Massage: given during training to allow the athlete to train harder and with less injury.  Last, Rehabilitative Sports Massage: aimed at alleviating pain due to injury and returning the body to its normal state of balance.

Circulatory (Swedish) Massage: used to usher in the parasympathetic response in the nervous system.  It increases circulation of blood flow, eases muscle tension, and is soothing to the senses by using firm, but gentle, pressure to promote relaxation and create other health benefits.

FOOT2GO: Feet are often the most overworked and neglected parts of our body, but can impact every area of our body.  Medical studies have shown that there are more than 7,000 nerves that can be stimulated within the feet.  Increased stimulation in the nerves of the feet with localized therapeutic massage and a form of hydrotherapy can have a direct positive connection to every organ in the body.

Seated (Chair) Massage: a short (10-20 minute) "pick me up" session.  It is preformed in a Seated Massage Chair while you are fully clothed.  The receiver is exhaling congested energy from the body, and is inviting rejuvenated energy in with every inhalation
